14 Days of Hell

Today is the last of the 7 days on. Yesterday we found out that Ronny's immediate supervisor blatantly lied and they took 24 hours of Ronny's PTO time without his signature. Yet again. We had to plan every sick day, holiday and vacation day but January 31 but then during the year they will randomly take peoples time and come Christmas no one has any vacation time left. We were supossed to have a week at Christmas and now we will get 2 days. He will have to work Christmas Day of course. This time I like he will probably put in an official grievance because this supervisor is making Ronny do 90% of his job and he is working at least 5-8 hours a week unpaid. His job has already been fined $110,000 by the labor board so hopefully they have figured out that they really can't do what they are doing.

BJ has had a cold but overall is a happy camper. His bed is propped up at about a 30 degree angle so he is sleeping most the night. Dakota Grace said her nose was needed to be wiped early this morning and after a dose of Dimetapp she slept another 4 hours! Of course, BJ was up at 6:30am so my nap was nonexistant.

Dakota Grace is starting to draw. This week she has drawn a very good picture of an apple, a balloon and a picture of me. I of course had a bad hair day! Play Doh is still the toy of the week and can be made into all sorts of creations. She has made pizza, snakes, stars and alligators.

Dakota Grace has finally gained some weight! WOO HOO! She is up to 31lbs and so proud of it. Cameron, her best buddy at Mother's Day Out is almost exactly 1 year younger and he weighs more than she does and they are about the same height. BJ is still hovering at 20lbs so I am hoping that Dr. Mitchell won't go balllistic. He said that if he doesn't gain some weight they might have to look into it. He is constantly on the move and even though he is eating constantly he just isn't gaining. Last night at Joe's he was eating cracker, french fries, hamburger, chicken strips and loaded potatoes.

As I am writing this he is cruising across the floor pushing a metal chair for stability. What will he be into next?
